About the job
We are looking for an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow our operations in Vietnam within the Forex/CFD trading industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network of traders, IBs, and partners, an existing client database, and the ability to bring or build a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute the business growth strategy for the Vietnam market
• Bring an existing client portfolio and trading network
• Build and manage a local sales team (BDMs, Account Managers)
• Generate new leads, partnerships, and IB relationships
• Drive client acquisition and trading volume growth
• Expand the IB and affiliate network
• Represent the company in local events and trading communities
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in Forex / CFD / Financial Markets
• Proven experience in a Country Manager / Regional Sales / Head of Sales role
• Existing client database and strong IB network in Vietnam
• Ability to bring or build a sales team
• Strong understanding of forex trading platforms and market dynamics
