Reports to: VisMin Regional Sales Manager
Scope: Includes local territory specific to North Mindanao and South Mindanao.
Location: Includes local territory specific to North Mindanao and South Mindanao. Each area will have Pull CDES, Push CDES and CDM Manager
Terms & Conditions: Role is full time that requires travel and mobility across Mindanao
CATEGORY/FUNCTION INTRODUCTION This role covers HORECA channel such as Hotels, Restaurants, FIBS Caterers, SMMTS and Wholesalers. The role also expands from direct HORECA and Trade management to area wide total channel ownership. The Area Sales manager will work closely with Pull, Push and Hybrid CDEs in the area being the lead in the total growth strategy and direction of the entire channel
Responsibilities The Area Sales Manager – MINDANAO holds comprehensive leadership and business management responsibilities for the company Food Solutions across the area. This role encompasses oversight and strategic direction in multiple key areas, including:
- channel management
- category development
- innovation, renovation
- account management
- distributor trade (DT) management, Profitability and operations.
Additionally, the position involves managing people. Channel Manager Lead for Pull and Push will report to the Sr Area Sales Manager. Consequently, driving profitability throughout these functions to ensure the sustained growth and success of the company Food Solutions in the region

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Deliver Business Targets of the total area for HORECA and Trade (Secondary Sales)
- Handle total PULL and PUSH CHANNEL in the area (HOTELS, RESTAURANTS, FIBS, CATERERS, SMMTS and WS)
- Execute Pull and Push Local and National Marketing Plans (Innovation, Activations and Campaigns
- Manage all CDEs in the area
- Support CDM PULL and CDM PUSH to ensure DT efficiency, Excellence Service levels and Profitability
- Create and recommend Sources of Growth in the area for HORECA/TRADE
Experiences & Qualifications
- Account Management experience, managing complex and fragmented geographies whilst establishing disciplined Go To Market KPIS. Minimum of 2 years experience of Account Management
- Highly Skilled Sales Leader - Able to directly handle Distributors with Fully operational skills on DT Operations, DT Salesmen management, DT Profitability, AR, Business waste and Customer Service Excellence
- Strong Negotiation skills, relationship Building and strategic thinking, Collaborator
- People Leader- can train, coach and mentor to unlock sales team capabilities
