JOB SUMMARY

In this pivotal role, you will be a key contributor to the strategy behind our global supply operations, leveraging innovative data analytics and your visionary acumen to optimize our entire supply chain. You will spearhead our mission to achieve the perfect balance of accuracy, agility, and resiliency, while continuously refining our network for peak performance. Your leadership will be instrumental in orchestrating a supply chain that not only meets but anticipates market demands, ensuring Company remains at the forefront of the industry.

As the driving force behind our global supply strategy, you will lead a diverse team of talented professionals, guiding them to transform complex data into actionable plans that delight our customers and streamline our operations. Your expertise will be crucial in building trust with stakeholders across the organization, from C-suite executives to frontline teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Supply Chain Planning:

  • Utilize data analytics for process improvement and root cause analysis
  • Manage product availability issues and supplier delays
  • Enhance Company's Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring timely decision-making
  • Develop accurate and stable supply plans
  • Optimize supply chain network and inventory strategy
  • Lead Tactical Reviews with key operations to drive performance and achieve KPI targets

Continuous Improvement:

  • Implement process improvements and industry best practices
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies

Team Leadership:

  • Manage a team of 25+ with 4+ direct reports
  • Provide training, coaching, and empowerment to team members

Communication and Stakeholder Management:

  • Coach team on complex negotiations
  • Create impactful presentations for strategic decision-making
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration

Risk Management:

  • Implement and maintain supply plan escalation measures
  • Communicate financial impacts to stakeholders
  • Develop contingency plans for potential disruptions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field – Required
  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management – Preferred

Experience

  • Supply Chain Planning: 10 years in a Supply Chain Planning – Required
  • Management: 5 years of experience managing a team – Required

Licenses or Certifications

  • ASCM: CPIM and/or CSCP – Preferred
  • IBF: CPF and/or ACPF – Preferred
  • Lean/Six Sigma Certifications – Preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Analytical skills: The ability to write SQL and develop PowerBI reports is important in this role. Understanding Python’s use cases is necessary.
  • Advanced Supply Chain Planning System knowledge and experience: This includes knowledge of supply chain planning software, processes, and best practices.
  • Problem solving and decision making: This includes the ability to identify and solve problems, as well as making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Interpersonal and teamwork skills: This includes the ability to build rapport with others, collaborate effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Project management: This includes the ability to plan, execute, and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Strategic decision making: This includes the ability to identify and implement strategic initiatives that will improve the company's supply chain performance.
  • Customer-centric focus: This includes the ability to understand and meet the needs of customers.
  • Continuous improvement: This includes the ability to identify and implement improvements to the company's supply chain processes.
  • Diligence and accuracy: This includes the ability to work accurately and efficiently, with strong attention to detail.
  • Communication skills: This includes the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing in English.
