Execute job orders as the standard timeframe
Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
Arrange interviews for client & candidates
Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedbacks to both parties
Assist client with job placement
Ensure self-target and team targets are achieved
Build, maintain good relationship with clients and candidates
Utilize the relationship and ensure trust from clients and candidates
Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
Coaching new team members on soft skills, recruitment techniques, candidate sourcing techniques, business development, etc
Requirements:
University graduated (major in HR, Business Administration, Marketing or other related fields)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, out-going
Good presentation skill
Fluent in English, computer literacy
Self-driven, self-motivated to succeed
Customer service orientated
Able to work independently, with high sense of responsibility
