Key Responsibilities:
CRM & Data Management:
- Regularly review and maintain HubSpot data accuracy.
- Ensure correct filing of contracts, buy rates, and sell rates.
- Update and centralize supplier rate cards, maintaining internal sheets (e.g., carrier rules, specifications).
- Review and update links in Monday.com for sales processes.
Sales & Proposal Support:
- Assist in sales qualification by preparing structured questions for leads.
- Develop and refine proposals for potential clients.
- Send updated contracts to sales teams based on client discussions.
- Execute deposit payments and NDAs where applicable.
- Oversee SLA tracking by location.
- Support in bundling and presenting technology demos.
Cross-Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Develop periodic sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
- Support the Transition Team during client onboarding.
- Monitor warehouse and last-mile performance for new clients.
- Manage supplier accountability and oversee escalation processes before AM introduction.
- Substitute for assigned accounts during team annual leave.
Project & Performance Oversight:
- Oversee Monday.com project management tasks related to sales and operations.
- Prepare and analyze 8D reports for escalations and performance improvements.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or logistics-related role.
- Strong proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and project management software (Monday.com is a plus).
- Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
- Excellent organizational and data management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
