Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management:

Regularly review and maintain HubSpot data accuracy.
Ensure correct filing of contracts, buy rates, and sell rates.
Update and centralize supplier rate cards, maintaining internal sheets (e.g., carrier rules, specifications).
Review and update links in Monday.com for sales processes.

Sales & Proposal Support:

Cross-Team Collaboration:

Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Develop periodic sales and marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
Support the Transition Team during client onboarding.
Monitor warehouse and last-mile performance for new clients.
Manage supplier accountability and oversee escalation processes before AM introduction.
Substitute for assigned accounts during team annual leave.

Project & Performance Oversight:

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or logistics-related role.
Strong proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and project management software (Monday.com is a plus).
Experience in supplier negotiation and contract management.
Excellent organizational and data management skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Understanding of logistics, warehousing, and last-mile delivery is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
