Responsibilities:
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, golf courses, accommodations, travel dates, and costs
- Issue quotations to and close business from interested parties
- Use promotional techniques and prepare offers to sell golf tour packages
- Maintain statistical and financial sales records
- Meet profit and sales targets
- Host VIP clients as required
- Starting as an individual contributor, this position will evolve into team development and management upon successfully and consistently achieving KPIs and demonstrating leadership skills
Must-Have Experience/Qualifications
- Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- 3+ years experience in the luxury travel or tourism industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer relationship management expertise
- Knowledge of the golf industry and luxury travel trends
- Experience in training, mentoring, and management of sales/account executives
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism, or a relevant field
