Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, golf courses, accommodations, travel dates, and costs
  • Issue quotations to and close business from interested parties
  • Use promotional techniques and prepare offers to sell golf tour packages
  • Maintain statistical and financial sales records
  • Meet profit and sales targets
  • Host VIP clients as required
  • Starting as an individual contributor, this position will evolve into team development and management upon successfully and consistently achieving KPIs and demonstrating leadership skills

Must-Have Experience/Qualifications

  • Sales, Marketing, and Business Development skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • 3+ years experience in the luxury travel or tourism industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Customer relationship management expertise
  • Knowledge of the golf industry and luxury travel trends
  • Experience in training, mentoring, and management of sales/account executives
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel, and Tourism, or a relevant field
