Key
Responsibilities:
- Prepare
and finishing plans for the Market Research industry management.
Prioritize and implement effective plans for Market Research in limited
time and budget allows. Analyze, interpret, report and make appropriate
recommendations action for organization.
- Ensure
the necessary information and insights are always ready and capable of
working with the internal management information, transmit to the Board of
directors to make timely business decisions for assigned commodities
- Directly
manage complicated project which is related to strategy, giving long-term direction
for the development of the business sector
- Analyzing
consumer trends and shopping for new and existing industry sectors to
shape the potential opportunities and specific business objectives linked
to the Company
- Combine
different data sources from internal, external, published, consumers,
retailers, ... in order to make a full analysis for the current industry
and potential
- Select
and build relationships with external Market Research partners. Always in
a proactively position to ensure Market Research project resources always
efficiently and accurately. Directly evaluate and provide solutions to
develop Market Research partner that suit to the company's strategy
- Coordinate
actively to Marketing/Trade/Sales to set KPIs for brands and business
project, ensure these KIPs are efectively measure and report objectively
to BOM and the Company
- Train subordinate staff to have the capacity
to implement projects and ability to develop experti and career
Skills
and Experience Required:
- 4-5
years work experience with 2 years management experience in Market
Research Company (Agency) or company using market research services
(client) in FMCG sector
- Sufficient
knowledge about Statistics and types of Market Research. Understand and
apply the appropriate applications of Statistics into Business Analysis
- Ability
to analyze, report and convey results effectively

advertising, trade marketing, product development and other basic knowledge of
manufacturing and trading of FMCG sector
