Job Description:

Organization and implementation of HACCP team meetings
Processing and evaluating complaints, evaluating returns
External representation of the company in the area of quality assurance and quality management
Responsible for the implementation of food law regulations
Participation and technical guidance in the planning and implementation of the company-specific quality policy and quality objectives.
Communication of quality principles to promote quality awareness within the company.
Continuous review and evaluation of the further development of the QMS
Koordinierung, Beratung und Schulung der Führungskräfte und der operativen Mitarbeiter/innen in allen Fragen des Qualitätsmanagements
Coordination of the preparation, updating and further development of the QM specification documents: Work instructions, procedural instructions and other operational documents
Checking and approving internal/external quality-related documents and informing managers about quality-related data and coordinating quality improvement measures
Ensuring QM verification documentation (records).
Participation in the evaluation of test results and customer surveys
Coordination of the annual audit program, incl. selection of auditors
Planning and evaluation of internal audits and ensuring technical exchange with other institutions in the area of quality management
Monitoring of system and product-related corrective and preventive measures
Supporting Purchasing in the qualification and monitoring of suppliers
Coordinating the processes of incoming goods and the raw materials warehouse
