Job Description:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and prepare all sales brochures, information kit, advertisements, social media postings, and clips, etc.
  • Oversee the operation and upkeep of the sales gallery, ensuring that it provides a premium customer experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors, designers, and maintenance staff to ensure the sales gallery reflects the project's brand and messaging.
  • Plan, organize, and manage sales events, including open houses, project launches, and customer appreciation events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event objectives are met, including lead generation and brand promotion.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor marketing strategies that support the project’s sales goals.
  • Manage marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, social media, print, and direct marketing.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with resort management on overall branding and positioning
  • Oversee budget management for marketing activities.
  • Further related tasks assigned by the Line Manager /HOD/the Company management if any.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in luxury real estate marketing
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, excellent English language skills for communication
  • with key stakeholders and customers
  • Knowledge of Chinese Mandarin and/or Cantonese a plus
  • Detailed understanding of digital marketing and social media strategies with proven experience
  • Knowledge of the global luxury travel and hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field;
  • A Vietnamese candidate with strong international experience in sales and marketing is preferred.
