Set up objectives and plans for HR & Admin in Ha Nam
Coordinate with other Dept. which be in charge of setting up the organizational chart and headcount for Ha Nam plant’s department
Organize searching and recruiting the position of Supervisor level and below for Ha Nam plant
Build up procedure, process, work instruction for Dept.
Hold and supervise making training plans and developing human resources
Make plans and hold to assess periodically effect of objective implement 6 months/time. Use the result of assessment to propose re-training, professional training, promotion or transfer
Manage establishing and synthetizing profile of KPI assessment
Establish rewarding and disciplinary process according the company policy
Manage budget and build C&B system
Ensure checking of HR plans and managing of employees who implement in & out plans
Ensure the management of hour’s work/ working time, turnover, cost management about salary according to cost center of Depts. which be in charge
Coordinate with other Dept. to supply HR services such as: Labor contracts, health insurance, social insurance, personal income tax, C&B…
Implement and maintain ISO, HACCP system
Build up and control annual budget of Dept.
Manage admin & IT session to ensure the qualified service as company standards.
Follow, update the daily related HR, conduct to analyze and propose solutions to Superiors in order to adjust, improve the quality of Human resources management
Set up KPIs, follow and assess competences of employees in monthly and quarterly
Manage and develop employee
Requirements:
University, major in Business Administration, Human Resources Management.
At least 3 years experiences of working in the same position.
