Job Description:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market
  • Responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, and planning and implementing new sales plans.
  • Directly manage Sales and Inside Sales team to meet the company's operations goals
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the Sales and Inside Sales teams meet their goals.
  • Prepare unique sales plans, create engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, develop pricing strategies, and participate in exhibitions either as an exhibitor or attendee.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports
  • Maintain customer relations with key clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities either directly and/or through Sales and Inside Sales teams.
  • Follow up and keep sales and marketing development schedules on track
  • Ensure all samples quality and in-time delivery
  • Ensure sample developments are smoothly and successfully transferred to mass production
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing Sales and Inside Sales teams to meet the human resource objectives.
  • Co-ordinate with HR departments in employee performance reviews
  • Partners with the Board of Management to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
  • Submit the correct and sufficient reports as a requirement
  • Co-operate with other departments within authorized responsibilities;
  • Recommend ideas to the General Director to ensure Company’ s business efficiency
  • Performs other duties as assigned by General Director. 

Requiered Skills, Working Experience Requirements

  • 6+ years of sales experience in metallurgy and/or similar products (at least 3 years in a managerial role)
  • High level of financial and business acumen.
  • Staff consulting and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand and apply market intelligence to sales strategy
  • Good at consultative selling skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to read, understand, and analyze mechanical/technical drawings
  • Proven ability to communicate technical information to a wide audience
  • Ability to communicate proficiently in English, additional Asian language is an added advantage
  • Required to travel extensively within and outside the Country

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related field is preferred
  • MBA will be an added advantage
