Job Description:

Follow the Client’s business strategy by building, developing and maintenance the new model business for HCA in the North

  • The Sales Account has a strong selling skill to achieve the annual goals
  • The Sales Account is responsible for the Sale Channel Partners in the North
  • Representative for HCA team of Client to communicate with customer and partner, ensure to following the policy and strategy of Client

Tasks and Responsibilities

1.  As member of the medical team:

  • Identifies relevant trends in the market
  • Translates these trends into actions and products in agreement with the overall strategy

2.  Develop HCA (Hospital Consumable & Accessory) market

  • Develop market strength for Client’s HCA product
  • Follow and strongly support to HCA’s partners in the North
  • Follow up the tender and goods supply process
  • Planning and discuss with Line Manager about the forecast and inventory

3.  Sets up plans:

  • Establishes and controls annual budgets and hit the targets
  • Inform knowledge to HCA’s partners about the new technic, marketing activities and update the annual business strategy
  • Keeps updated on new markets and developments in products, equipment and services
  • Sets the prices of the service products and service solutions

4.  Make the goals:

  • Monitors procedures and processes to place order, follow and submit all document
  • Introduce and grow up the market share for Client's HCA
  • Support the dealer into the tender
  • Reporting and analyze the market trend from the customer demand
  • Focus on the therapy with specific HCA
