Responsibilities:
- Responsible for deploying and monitoring DC activities to meet customers’ demands and enhance the brand on the market.
- Research customer behavior, market conditions, competitor’s activities and make DC activities to increase competition and convincing.
- Deploy DC activities frequency on all available promotion platform on market and find the best way for promoting
- Implement and monitor all DC activities timely and effectively.
Work Activities:
- Collect information related to market, customer, and competitor to determine customers’ demand as well as opportunities and challenges. Propose strategies, action plans for DC activities to line Manager.
- Propose creative ideas, different, unique activity forms with high competition for DC activity to convince customers trust/believe in products, brand and decide to use products
- Develop DC activities to make DC activities to be unique and competitive.
- Implement and monitor DC activity to create farmers’ demand for products as well as maintain brand on the market, especially on the farmer and C2 dealer.
- These implementing plans must be presented in detail in seasonal activities to guarantee DC activities to be implemented in line with direction.

- Budget management: Implement DC activities follow an approved budget and manage affectively the budget according to ROI standardized criteria.

- Graduated in Marketing or Plant protection/ Agriculture/ Economy...
- Working knowledge of Pesticide education market segments within an assigned sales regional.
