Job Description:

• Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting appropriate data points
• Guide financial decisions by applying company policies and procedures to current economic landscape
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances
• Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines
• Achieve budgeting goals with proper scheduling, analysis, and corrective action
• Help develop and support short and long-term operational strategies
• Conduct profit and cost analysis

 

Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with the Director of Finance establish financial and operating benchmarks, budgets, program monitoring, and reporting standards on a bi-weekly, monthly, and annual basis
• Develop and enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflow

 

Competencies:

• Develop effective controlling tools to ensure profitability of the company
• Recommend cost-reducing solutions
• Strong working knowledge of detailed financial data analysis
• Experience in manufacturing company

 

Job requirements:

• BSc/ BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Controller
• Proficient in spoken English
• Well-adapted to tough reporting deadlines and able to work under time pressure
• Ability to work in a team
• Master knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Knowledge of SAP FI / CO would be a plus
