Job Description:

Job Purpose:

  • Develop close relationship with distributors/ farmers to grow business and find new customers. Making sure sales targets are met within the designated sales region.

Job Duties & Responsibility:

  • Responsible for managing and developing customers in the responsible market to achieve sales target
  • Allocating areas to area sales managers and the sales representatives
  • Prepare regional sales report and decide sales targets for Areas Sales Managers
  • Build up key farms and organize farm tours when/where necessary
  • Organize customer seminars
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures
  • Maintaining and increasing sales
  • Develop new products to meet customer needs and propose new technological solutions to improve customer’s productivity
  • Handling customer complaints to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring team's performance and motivating them to reach targets

Job Requirement (Education, Experience, Skill):

  • Education/Academic: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Language/Computer Proficiency: Good English speaking skills; basic excel, word, PowerPoint
  • Technical Skills/Competencies: Good selling skills; Good communication and negotiation skills; Selling & coaching skill; Team management; Planning and execution; Customer focus
  • Behavioral Competencies: Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Work Experience: 15 years of industry experience with at least 2-3 years in a Regional Sales Manager role in Animal Feed  industry
