Job summary/responsibilities:

 

  • Management of the Service Sales in the regions of competence.
  • Responsible for the revenue and margin of the after sales product portfolio.
  • Development of the Life Cycle Service sales proposing added value projects.
  • Frequent reports to HQ giving evidence of the regional situation in terms of market, opportunities and open issues.
  • Responsible for the payment and overdue of the sales under his/her responsibility.

 

 Job skills and qualifications:

 

  • Degree in Engineering/Economics.
  • Professional experience: previous experience (3-5 years) in the same/similar role within industrial automation worldwide companies (beverage field and / or sales service field).
  • Age: 35-45 years.
  • Background in management of after sales activities in the industrial sector (in particular the management of spare parts and technical assistance as well).
  • Used to work in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of the plastic, filling and packaging market in the Far East in terms of customer distribution and expert level of service (price, lead-time).
  • Oriented to customer satisfaction and aimed at achieving the goals.
  • Proactivity and team working.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • English.
  • Knowledge of the assigned market areas.
  • Availability to frequent travels in the assigned Area (Vietnam and Philippines).
  • Availability to answer to customers also over the working time.
