JOB SUMMARY
The Team Leader of Supply Chain Analytics is a strategic leader responsible for driving enterprise-wide supply chain analytics initiatives. This role focuses on high-impact projects, ensuring high-quality data is used for advanced modeling and digital transformation efforts.
The Team Leader of Supply Chain Analytics will be responsible for:
- Setting departmental direction and goals
- Leading a team of Analysts
- Driving process improvements
- Partnering cross-functionally with key internal business partners in the US, India, and Vietnam
- Establishing excellence in business analytics

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and implement advanced analytics strategies leveraging enterprise-wide data sources to optimize supply chain operations.
- Develop and oversee data governance policies, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems.
- Lead machine learning and AI-driven projects for supply chain forecasting, risk management, and optimization.
- Partner with senior executives to define key performance metrics and strategic analytical priorities.
- Identify and implement emerging technologies (AI, IoT, Blockchain) to enhance supply chain visibility and efficiency.
- Act as a mentor and technical leader for the analytics team, ensuring best practices in data management and advanced analytics.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education
- Bachelor, Master or Ph.D. in Data Science, Supply chain, Operations Research, or related field – Required.
- Experience
- 5+ years in supply chain analytics, data science, or business intelligence – Preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, R, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
- Advanced expertise with data visualization software such as PowerBI or Tableau.
- Extensive experience working with large-scale enterprise data warehouses and business intelligence platforms.
- Proven ability to lead data quality and governance initiatives at an enterprise level.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with experience influencing C-level executives and business leaders.
