#4881 Senior Dairy Sales Manager

Job Description:

Main responsibilities
• This role will focus on distribution sales to a set of customers including Key Accounts (MNC/Regional Players) Vietnam, as well as SME customers
• Acquire a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements. Aid in the development of the short and long-term plans for the business and deliver the business objectives of market share growth for existing and new product categories.
• Managing projects (new product development) - relaying the requirements from the customer to the Technical teams in & relaying back with developed samples and managing the feedback.
• Aid in the development and implementation of a sales strategy for our industrial dairy ingredients including sales volumes/values and pricing strategy.
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
• Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively track competition activity in the market.

REQUIREMENTS
• A qualified Sales Professional with a proven track record in Industrial B2B Sales – preferably in Dairy Business, and/or other Commodity Sales,
• The position requires a diverse experience of managing multi customers and Key Account Management in Commodities/FMCG experience (as a plus).
• 10-12 years’ experience holds a position as Sales Manager.
• Ability to manage cross-cultural teams.
• Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of an organization, including senior management.
