Mục tiêu chính/ Main Target:

• Đảm bảo hệ thống SAP vận hành hiệu quả, đáp ứng nhu cầu của các phòng ban trong hoạt động sản xuất, quản trị vật tư, lập kế hoạch vật tư và  sản xuất  và các quy trình liên quan./ Ensure the efficient operation of the SAP system, meeting the needs of departments in production, material management, planning, and related business processes.
• Hỗ trợ triển khai, tối ưu hóa và duy trì các phân hệ SAP nhằm nâng cao hiệu suất vận hành và chuẩn hóa quy trình toàn công ty./ Support the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of SAP modules to improve operational performance and standardize processes across the organization.
• Là cầu nối giữa bộ phận CNTT và người dùng nghiệp vụ để đảm bảo giải pháp SAP phù hợp với mục tiêu kinh doanh và định hướng phát triển của công ty./ Act as a bridge between the IT department and business users to ensure SAP solutions align with the company’s business objectives and strategic direction.

Trách nhiệm chính/ Main Accountabilities

• Tham gia và hỗ trợ triển khai hệ thống SAP liên quan đến sản xuất trong toàn bộ Tập đoàn./ Participation and support of the SAP rollout around production in the entire Group
• Chuẩn bị và xây dựng nội dung đào tạo, cũng như tổ chức đào tạo nhân viên liên quan đến quy trình quản lý vật tư và lập kế hoạch sản xuất./ Preparation and creation of training concepts and training of employees around material management and scheduling.
• Hỗ trợ tuyến đầu và hỗ trợ các nhà máy tại Đức và quốc tế trong các vấn đề liên quan đến SAP./ First-level support and support of the German and international plants in SAP-relevant topics.
• Phát triển và tối ưu hóa các quy trình quản lý vật tư và lập kế hoạch cung ứng trong môi trường SAP tại các nhà máy sản xuất toàn cầu./Further development and optimization of material management and disposition processes in the SAP environment in the global production plants.
• Tối ưu hóa cơ sở dữ liệu của các dữ liệu chủ liên quan đến sản xuất, quản lý vật tư và lập kế hoạch./ Optimization of the database of relevant master data for production, material management and scheduling.

Yêu cầu/ Requirement:

• Yêu cầu công việc/ Required qualification:
  • Đào tạo chuyên môn nghiệp vụ / đào tạo nghề, trình độ cử nhân hoặc tương đương./ Commercial training / professional training, Bachelor's degree or comparable.
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm trong quản lý vật tư và lập kế hoạch/ Experience in material management and scheduling desirable.
  • Thành thạo proALPHA và các ứng dụng MS Office./ Knowledge of proALPHA and MS Office
  • Ưu tiên có kiến thức về SAP S4/Hana./ Ideally knowledge of SAP S4/Hana
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, sự quyết đoán và kỹ năng lập kế hoạch./ Communication skills, assertiveness and planning skills
  • Khả năng làm việc độc lập, chủ động và tự chịu trách nhiệm trong công việc./ Independent and autonomous work
  • Sẵn sàng đi công tác nước ngoài./ Willingness to travel internationally.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Anh tốt cả trong việc viết và nói/ Excellent written and spoken English and a strong communication skill
• ​Kinh nghiệm/ Experience:
  • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong phát triển phần mềm tại công ty sản xuất/ At least 5 years of experience in software development in a manufacturing company
• Bằng cấp/ Education:
  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin./ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology
  • Hệ thống thông tin quản lý (MIS - Management Information Systems)/ Management Information Systems (MIS)
  • Kỹ thuật phần mềm/ Software Engineering
  • Khoa học Máy tính hoặc liên quan/ Computer Science or a related field.
