About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in CAD, CAE, and CAM solutions to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical knowledge and sales expertise to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and help clients achieve their engineering and design goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers in the engineering, manufacturing, and design sectors.
- Generate leads, schedule meetings, and present CAD/CAE/CAM solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and offering appropriate solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle post-sales inquiries.
3. Technical Understanding and Support:
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of CAD, CAE, and CAM software capabilities and applications.
- Coordinate with technical teams to deliver software demonstrations, trials, and customized solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CAD/CAE/CAM technologies.
4. Sales Reporting and Strategy:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide insights on market trends, competition, and opportunities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in a sales role, preferably selling CAD/CAE/CAM solutions or similar technical products.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of CAD/CAE/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Simufact, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
