General Purpose of Job:
- Leads, coordinates, and perform activities associated with all operations improvement programs.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead the operations OPEX activities to support group strategy.
- Support the operations/manufacturing process by performing factory assessments.
- Support the ongoing monitoring and improvement of operations/manufacturing quality systems by performing quality system assessments according to plan.
- Involvement in the training and development of direct and indirect personnel.
- Facilitation of operations improvement activity required as a result of product audits, customer audits, or field issues. Must lead operations personnel through the process of problem definition, root cause analysis, solution finding, implementation, and verification.
- Frequent review the entire operations to identify opportunity of cost out – 8 Wastes, lead time reduction, quality improvement.
- Develop OPEX training metrics and provide OPEX training internal and external.
Requirements:
- University degree graduate major in engineering or science
- 2 years’ experience in related position is preferred.
- Familiar with systematic improvement tools, such as LEAN, TPM, SMED, OPF, etc
- Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, being a team leader and member both.
- Hands on experience on manufacturing process, including assembling, material flow, and warehouse operations
- Able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Able to travel.
- ISO/QS/TS experience a plus
- Spoken and Written Language Skills – English, Vietnamese
- Computer Skills – Word, Excel, Power BI a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
