Responsibilities
Project Execution and Coordination
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure project milestones are met.
- Plan and allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to support project requirements.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, resolving any issues that may arise.
Compliance and Safety Management
- Ensure all operational activities comply with company policies, client requirements, and local regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections.
- Address and report any safety incidents or non-compliance issues promptly.
Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams during project execution.
- Provide regular updates on project progress and address client inquiries or concerns.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, logistics, and engineering, to ensure seamless operations.
Business Development
- Identify Opportunities and engage with existing clients and new clients to discover new
- business opportunities.
- Promote Services, introducing group services tailored to client needs.
- Prepare Quotations, creating accurate, competitive buying and selling rate quotations.
- Regularly communicate with clients to close deals and address inquiries.
Continuous Improvement and Reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and submit project operation reports, including progress, challenges, and performance metrics.
- Participate in post-project reviews to share lessons learned and improve future operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in project operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and operational workflows.
- Ability to fluently communicate in English.
