Job Description:

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role will include travelling regionwide to attend our Events and effectively speaking to clients on the phone. The successful candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable asking for information over the phone to our Asian and International clients.

Administration

• Organising administrative activities for the smooth running of the office, including managing vendor relationships, oversight of administrative requirements such as stationery, and ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Secretarial Support

• Calendar management and associated tasks such as documentation, meeting scheduling etc.

• Arrangement of meetings for the COO

• Co-ordinating logistics for business trips and team travel arrangements

• Filing and processing of expense claims and related record-keeping

• Providing general support including handling phone enquiries, photocopying, stationery re-ordering, mail, etc.

• Handle all incoming calls, greet guests / visitors, provide refreshments

• Prepare business correspondence and management
