•Salary: negotiable: 90,000 - 125,000 CNY ($13,000 - $18,000 USD/month)

•Working days: Mon to Fri (9 am to 6 pm)

Role

• Report to International Business Director, you will work closely with International Business Development Team, to develop marketing

strategy for China market based on comprehensive understanding of Global overall brand strategies;

• Work closely with China commercial team, analyze marketing demands, develop and conduct corresponding business operation and

management model;

• Cooperate with Brand Activation/Promotion Manager and Supply Chain Team to launch International brand products into China market;

• Develop information collection and analyst platform, includes market trends, competitor movements, consumer satisfaction etc. Manage and conduct on-line and off-line brand activities

CM Qualification

• Must be a Chinese nationality, max 50 years old

• Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with some financial qualifications or training

• Must have general management experience (at the same FMCG industry, or more specific biscuit industry) for over 7 years

• Business proficient in English is a must

• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, including people-management, leadership and both written and verbal communication skills.

CM Target

• Commitment to achieve sales revenue target minimum of 60,000,000 USD in a first year.

• Required to present strategy to enter China market in many channels (offline and online) in English

Report to International Business Director and cooperate with International Business Development Manager
Going to have office in Guangzhou.
Company will sign directly with the candidate.
Contract period: a year
Interview model: after screening, will conduct interview on China (GZ) in November (week 1-week 3), if passed, then we'll conduct Skype interview with CEO, then if passed, will be given airplane ticket to come to Surabaya.
