Job Description:

What You’ll Do

  • Support to organize company events/activities
  • Collect and manage company pictures, videos,...

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

  • Arrange, storage company's contract and documents

  • Research and contact supplier for the company

  • Others task required Assistant to Office Manager

  • Expense and Income Management and Timekeeping

What You Need

  • 3rd, 4th year students or recent university graduates interested in the field of Human Resources

  • Ability to analyze, search and manage time

  • Good English skills (especially Reading & Writing)

  • Have an aesthetic sense

  • No experience required, you will be trained
