Responsibilities:

• Develops and maintains relationships with key customers and ensures a comprehensive understanding of their business needs.
• Analyses and take appropriate action on the service performance achieved by Client for defined customers.
• Manages the implementation of service solutions, including coordinating action required outside of the country, for defined customers.
• Prepares statement of accounts to bill clients (revenue) and double checks statement of accounts from subcontractors for the services used (cost).
• Manages subcontractors to achieve the service standards.
• Works with Vendor Management Team to ensure truck availability and other transportation KPIs.
• Works with operations team for solutions to achieve transportation service.
• Works with operations team on goods availability and despatch schedule.
• Works with Vendor Management Team to have enough and qualified trucks for deliveries.
• Works with Client stores to ensure smoothy delivery upon arrival of trucks.
• Monitors our performances in front of the clients and subcontractors' performance on the services provided to us.
• Prepares and double checks on the statement of accounts (both revenue and cost) for the billing and settlement of cost and revenue.
• Reviews service performances with clients and subcontractors.
• Develops a high performance service culture. Plans, organizes and directs efficient and effective transportation services.

 

Requirements:

• Years of experience: 3 year(s).
• Bachelor degree and above.
• Minimum 3 years in domestic transport especially with retail experiences.
• Good software skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese.
• Enthusiasm, creative and carefulness.
• Leadership skills; good planning and analyzing skills.
• Knowledge of transportation in retail/ whole sales sectors.
