JOB SUMMARY

 

• Show to customers of the Firm products’ function / benefit by application, presentation, new ideas provision.
• Support customers with technical matters when required
• Conduct training to bottom up sales members’ skill about our products

 

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and execute TS activities with customers and with internal to promote sales
• Get TS support/training from affiliates then apply to Vietnam appropriately
• Get market info about food trend, new product trend, new material trend, ...
• Coach and educate subordinate & sales members

 

REQUIREMENTS

• Good at English
• University degree related to food technology
• Has knowledge of food ingredient law
• Familiar with Chemistry
• Has communication skill (with internal and customers), training skill (to train IFS members), & management skill (manage subordinate)
• Set action plan for the assignment, has responsibility to achieve the target
• Find problem and propose solution, encourage and lead subordinates
• Learn & update to acquire knowledge
• Experience in food company (R&D is preferred)
