Duties:

1. Receive product information from superior.
2. Work with Costing Team to review product price and send to General Director to get approval.
3. Arrange job for Technical Team to do samples for item which is approved about price.
4. Arrange and control Technical Staff by seeing the schedule, check list jobs in morning; review and evaluate the jobs were done and not yet done on day.
5. Read all Protocols from customers to know standards for testing.
6. Research and assign construction for products to make sure they will pass test.
7. with Production/QA/superior about customer requirements to make sure the product meet that.
8. Solve all problems about technical and structure.
9. Manage prototype and Technical Drawings.
10. Train newcomers about products.
11. Provide to QA/QC/Sales/Production about standards and technical problems to help shipment on time.
12. Make sure all the drawing will be followed the new drawing procedure.
13. Received all information from planning team and correct the planning from planning manager.
14. Make sure technical drawing is correct and can make in within Factory and follow all Response standards.
15. To ensure high productivity, efficiency, minimize mistake.
16. To ensure the technical drawing must be matched with approved material standard, dimension standard, quality manual.
17. To think about the product costing during sketching such as material cost, route cost and come up with the suggestion to superior.
18. Make sure all drawings inclusive of procedure & work instruction.
19. To achieve planning target set by the Section

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• 5 year experiences in furniture designing (indoor product is big plus)
• Proficient in Inventor, AutoCad, MS Office, Corel draw
• Good in negotiation skill
• Good in problem-solving skill
• Good in human management
• Good in communication skill
• Good in English
