Job Description

Responsible for the underlying architecture for the software program, as well as for overseeing the work being done by other software developers working on the projects. Although the primary responsibilities are technical, Technical Lead also serve as an interface between the programmers and management, have ownership of development plans.

• Work together with the director to plan and execute projects, ensure that team have technical specifications, direction estimates for timeline while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic goals
• Provide Software development plan and design that meets the future needs of our clients and markets, based on the state of the art technologies
• Evolve the existing software system application and architecture in various areas as needed
• Play a key role in architectural and strategic decisions
• Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of management / leadership experience in software development organization required
• Must have at least 5 year experience working through design, development, release cycle and delivering software product to market
• A record of successful delivery of software application as an individual, team leader
• Must have at least 3 years of experience working on IOS and Android platform
• Experience with managing the development of Saas, AWS and Cloud based application
• Experience in C#, ASP.net
• Relevant experience with Web Service and rest
• Understanding of relational databases (MSSQL, Mysql)
• Willingness to dive into software environment and technical issue
• Good verbal and written English
