- Manage inventory level for both raw materials and finished goods to meet sales demand
- Manage all activities of raw materials warehouse including ensuring optimal warehouse space for storage, monitoring deliveries and packaging of raw materials to ensure sufficient stock for production according to plan
- Ensure sales orders are planned for production and delivered on time
- Ensure the service level of 3 rd party logistics provider is maintained
- Promote Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) awareness, drive HSE compliance and improvement plan as well as monitoring HSE performance at the raw materials warehouse
- Prepare monthly reports and production forecast from sales forecast and run monthly Master Production Schedule to generate raw materials and finished goods requirements
- Close coordination with forwarder to ensure imported raw materials are delivered on time
- Ensure consistency in the quality of the products and maintain Quality Management System in the department
Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or Business Management
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience from Chemical industry and preferably with supervisory experience
- Good knowledge of supply chain especially order fulfilment and raw material management
- Preferably with ISO 9002 certification and knowledge on HSE
- Communicate well in English, both spoken and written
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
- Good planning and organizing skill
- Result-oriented, team player and with good initiative
