- In-charge to manage 5 sections of Customer service, Planning, Procurement, , Transportation and Warehouse with total of 400 staffs and workers and directly report to CEO
With Management Board to:
- Create the Vision and Mission of Client
- Create the business strategy in long term and short term
- Building long term and short term budget to orient and to control the operation in client ; Department budget building and cost control (Both CAPEX and OPEX)
- Play an important role in restructure project and ERP set-up project in the company
- Run the Functional Departments
With The Functional Depts. to:
- Establish SOPs (System operating procedures) for Department
-Set short and long â€“ term goals, monitored progress, and assisted with accomplishment of daily objectives
-Responsible for audits all applied systems
-Performed staff orientation and training, monitor, evaluate performance, assisted with scheduling.
- Champion of S&OP (Sale and Operation Plan) Meeting
- Establish and monitor the long term and short term production plan also production schedule
- Establish inventory strategy for finished goods and material
- Check and approve all production plans, purchase orders of all kind of material and equipment.
- Co-ordinate with Production to control the effective of production line in term of loss/wasteâ€¦cost control
- Deal with suppliers to procure all kind of materials and machines for company (Production material, Construction material, Technical material, Machines, Production linesâ€¦.). Handling the import issue when purchasing them.
- Control the operation of all ware-houses: Material ware-house, Finished good ware-house, Technical ware-house
- Control and maintain stock level at optimal level to ensure the optimal continuous supply.
- Check and approve DRP and arrange the dispatch base on received orders from customers
- Manage a truck group of 35 trucks
-Manage the logistic third parties
-Receiving orders from customers and arrange everything to fulfill their demands effectively by coordinating with related Depts./Sections.
-Control the debt of customers to inform to Finance Dept. the bad debts.
-Getting the customer complaints and transfer to related Depts, for solving
