Job Description:

• Developing embedded flash IP products with Super-flash technologies
• Doing analog block design and simulation
• Doing full chip integration and simulation
• Collaborating with layout engineers in the physical design

Requirements:

• 3+ year’s analog/memory design experience
• Knowledge of flash memory or other NVM design a definite advantage Knowledge of semiconductor technology preferred
• Familiar with HSPICE/HSIM/XA simulation tools
• Familiar with Cadence design environment
• The experienced design of analog circuit such as Op amp, LDO, OSC, charge pump…
• Be able to build the analog block or full chip simulation
• Some experience of layout a definite advantage
• BSEE minimum, MSEE or Ph.D. EE
• Preferred Good English communication
