Main tasks will be:

• Hiring: job posting, service agent contact, candidate searching, contacting, interview appointment making, offer, contract follow up…for both local and expat.
• On-boarding: All needy preparation for new hired. Creating the Orientation slides and conducting the on boarding sessions for new comers. Assist new comers with integration process.
• Report: Recruitment relevant reports.
• Job Fair: Coordinate and organize job fairs as and when being requested.
• Other tasks assigned by Management.
