To ensure optimum advice and customer care quality for Service customer in automotive industry about maintenance and repair process and quality. And establish and maintain a contact with the customer over the lifecycle of his vehicle and keep the customer loyal to the brand and meet customer's satisfaction and expectation
To carry out service advice at the car to-gether with the customer at reception
To create complete and detailed orders with detailed description of faults ( origi-nal statements by customer), vehicle da-ta, diagnosis ( if appropriate), estimated operation time (FRU) and working hours, completion date, scope of work & costs.make a quotation for additional job .
To offer a accessories and lifestyle prod-ucts as well as the service of the dealer-ship within the framework of the advice discussion.
To check parts availability prior to start of repairs•
To obtain customer approval for exten-sions to orders and provide this infor mation to the workshop Foreman for time scheduling.
To advise in handing accident damage
To keep update information on new pric-es and progress repair
Include information about accident pre-vention/safety regulations in orders
To obtain customers authorization by signing the orders
Inform and advise customer to remove personal valuables from the car
To check and plan workshop orders on the capacity planning and co- operate with W/s foreman
To organise test drives with customer to ensure correct diagnosis by experience technicians/Quality controller/Master technician
To check and complete and close JC and explain the invoice for customer
To agree on payment terms with the cus-tomers according to principles established with company
To draw up findings reports in case of re-pairs not carried out
Responsible for hand over the car in & out to customer
To split warranties
To assess warranty and goodwill applica-tions from both a professional and tech-nical point of view
To record and update vehicles data for customer file
To follow the price, perform regional mar-ket and competition surveys regarding services, offer for body & paint quotation
Job Requirement
Graduated from automotive College/university and have a driving license
Experience
2- 3 years working in After-sales Service Dept.
