• Establishing process plans for all operations on-line and prototypes according to drawings and technical documentation
• Establishing process plans for all operations on-line and conduct time studies for all Body-shop processes
• Planning headcount/ manpower to service daily and weekly production schedules
• Ensuring that production processes and methods fulfil all set standards.
• Giving work directions, arranging for problem solutions, controlling work schedules and establishing deadlines to ensure completion of operation functions within set targets
• Reviewing and analyzing reports, records and directives; conferring with supervisory personnel to obtain data required for planning departmental activities
• Establishing continuous improvements to increase production efficiency, effectiveness and quality
• Ensuring the implementation of technical alterations and keeping production documentations updated
• Directing measures to ensure product quality based on Daimler standards
• Ensuring that ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 regulations are fulfilled in assembly
• Ensuring that body equipment is well-maintained prior and during the start of production.
• Managing recruiting, training and annual performance appraisal
• Managing, coaching and motivating employees
• Defining and reviewing target agreements with employees
• Appraising employees and determining variable salary/bonus based on company performance regulation
• Monitoring leave, sick, accident, etc. and driving necessary improvement measures

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineer, Automotive or equivalent field
• Minimum 5 years of experience & knowledge in Automotive manufacturing
• English at negotiation level
• Strategic thinker with the ability to plan and implement strategies.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Production concerning welding automobile such as process, time frames, complexity, tools, flow of material, vehicle parts, etc.
