Job Description:

Reports to: SEA Visual Services Team Lead – overall & day-to-day matters

Overview

  • Under general supervision, provides support to the Consulting and BST staff in advanced standard slide generation. Responsible for advanced level and highly complex graphic slide production in MS Powerpoint for client case work and non-client related projects. Required to photocopy and bind materials for delivery to clients. Knowledge and experience in photo and video editing will be an added advantage.
  • Work environment is fast paced and deadline oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Produce advanced-level slides including highly complex graphics, from draft to final presentation in accordance with corporate standards and formats and within set timelines.
  • This includes idea generation of what a slide should look like; producing data in infographics and other formats that may be required from time to time.
  • Photo and video editing
  • Copies and binds slides into books
  • Handles reproduction – including use of in-house copiers and arranging for external copy services if required
  • Burns client case work onto CDs
  • Establishes and maintains paper and computer files for all case/project related activities
  • Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by Visual Services Team Lead

Minimum Requirements

  • Certification from an accredited school or a college related course, plus a minimum of 1-2 years of slide-presentation creation experience
  • Proficient computer skills and proficient in MS office suite of software (MS 2013 Powerpoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe CC 2017 (Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere Pro)
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge in design, photo and video editing will be an added advantage
  • Minimal typing speed of 65 wpm
  • Knowledge of graphing in Think-cell, MSGraph (Powerpoint) and Excel
  • Possesses excellent organizational and time management skills; works well with interruptions
  • Possesses good verbal and written skills in English
  • Maintains meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Displays excellent customer service skills; responsive to changing business conditions and customer requests
  • Handles stressful situations with poise, understanding, and tact
  • Performs job responsibilities as a reliable, cooperative team member; displays consideration and respect for all staff
  • Displays and builds high motivational level and enthusiasm within work group, department and firm
  • Respects all corporate information as confidential
  • Possesses ability to identify, analyze and solve problems; displays good judgment in surfacing issues to Production Supervisor/Coordinator
  • Experience in general office administration preferred
  • Local (Vietnamese) capability
