1. Business Planning:
▪ Represent the company in the regional market of the Central (from Nghe An to Nha Trang)
▪ Build sales routes, manage customer lists.
▪ Make periodic reports on: business results, markets, competitors.
▪ Gathering market information: activities of competitors
2. Inventory and stock limit:
▪ Ensure the goods are delivered in full, on the right price and on time.
▪ Limit shortage of goods through proper inventory management.
3. Reach the sale target:
▪ Scan the market for potential direct accounts and/or new projects that falls into the 12 strategic target groups of the company
▪ Reach the sale target set by Sales Manager.
▪ Ensure business building saves costs, increases profits.
4. Build relationships with customers:
▪ Create good relationships with customers and respond promptly to their questions.
▪ Seek new customers and take care of old customers
5. Support Sales Manager to Lead Sales Team
▪ Build, mentor and lead the team at the branch office in line with the company values, culture, strategy,
and guideline.
REQUIREMENTS:
▪ Graduated from: Business Management, Mechanic, Technical or Industry
▪ At least 3 years’ experience in the same position (in industrial)
▪ Experience in multinational company is a plus
▪ Good in operation management and problem solving skills
▪ Ability to negotiate well with customers and suppliers
▪ Ability to work independently, under pressure, and overtime to meet deadlines
▪ Customer-centric service-minded people with ethics
▪ Good communication skills both English and Vietnamese
▪ Good management skills
