Job Description:

As part of Edenred Vietnam, you will be in charge of Sales and marketing for fuel & fleet card services
Your reponsibilities will cover :
Sales
o Overall ownership of driving revenue within the country
o Develop, implement and execute company sales strategies
o Enhance fleet card services offer in Vietnam
o Develop and maintain relationship with key business partners (petrol companies, gas
station owners, logistics professionals, industry associations, fleet services
suppliers…)

Develop and maintain healthy pipeline of large client prospect
o Actively organise sales calls and present to clients and partners
o Understand client requirement and liaise with IT & operation teams to develop best
solution
o Prepare and present business proposal.
o Ensure excellent deployment of business solution to clients
o Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
as required by management.
o Hiring, coaching and monitoring a small successful sales team
o Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives
as they relate to the sales group
o Prepare yearly and monthly sales budget reports
Key Results
o Reaching revenue targets
o Maintaining a high level of monthly New Business
o Sales team achieving sales objectives
o Monitoring operating costs
 

Marketing
o Creation and Implementation of marketing plan (partnerships and sponsoring)
o Brand development
o Development of suitable digital marketing
o Lead synergies with other business partners/distributors

REQUIRED SKILLS AND PROFILE
o University Degree or MBA + work experience overseas or international company
o Fluent in English – written and spoken
o Dynamic and driven individual
o Strong skill to network and connect with C’s level
o Entrepreneurial spirit
o Industry background: Services
o 12+ years of successful selling experience in B2B sales and business development of
business management solutions (medium to large companies)
o Excellent knowledge of the logistics and transportation service markets and payment/
Fintech would be a plus
o 5+ years sales management role experience
o Proven team player with exceptional interpersonal and negotiating skills
o Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
o Organizational skills
