Job Description
Build and control all the activities of the Sales Department and Marketing
- Building Sale & Marketing plan monthly, quarterly and yearly.
- Deploying the business plan according to sales requirements
- Developping a marketing plan to ensure brand and target market
- Developping business networks, agents, partners nationwide
- Approaching the customer, contract negotiations.
- Manage the customer lists and customer development.
Make the report
- Performing periodic reports required by the Board of Directors
- Supporting, advise and provide solutions for the Board of Directors and departments in matters related to Business & Marketing
Management & Marketing Business Manager
- Checking and supervising the enforcement personnel Business & Marketing activities under regulations issued
- Checking the personnel of the Sales Department and Marketing
Requirement
- Graduated from the University or above, major in finance, marketing, economics, business administration.
- There are at least 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, including 5 years in a similar position.
- Used to Work in the jewelry company: PNJ, Doji, Bao Tin Minh Chau in the same position is is an advantage.
