• Technical background, priority for those who have experience in sales of metal working oils, precision engineering machinery ( CNC ), bearing, or machining tools.
• Base: HCM office, looking after HCMC and surrounding industrial parks
• Achieving sales target of metal working oil business set by the Company
• Responsible for setting up distributor network
• Responsible for supporting/developing/managing distributors
• Responsible for growing customer base for both direct customers & indirect customers
• Having ability to build business plan for metal working oil market
