Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving personal sales targets and quarterly KPIs, growing market share and penetration.

  • Manage and visit existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Establish new accounts by identifying and visiting potential accounts
  • Drive and update sales pipelines in CRM actively
  • Update CRM regularly (daily) according to policy
  • Provide and present MT products and applications to customers
  • Provide on-site seminars to customers
  • Comply with corporate guidelines
  • Regularly interact with other departments to ensure a smooth business process

Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor in engineering (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Civil, Electrical, Automation)
  • Fair in English, written and spoken
  • At least 2 years practical work experience (with proof of achievements)
  • At least 1 years in sales (preferably of equipment to industrial clients)
  • Understanding of local market and key segments (Aggregates, Mining, Food & Beverage, Chemical, etc.)

Skills and Personality

  • Convincing presenter and professional communicator
  • Action-oriented and self-motivated, outspoken with excellent listening abilities
  • Dynamic and adaptive, looking to develop her/himself continuously
  • Willing to travel
