Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving personal sales targets and quarterly KPIs, growing market share and penetration.
- Manage and visit existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- Establish new accounts by identifying and visiting potential accounts
- Drive and update sales pipelines in CRM actively
- Update CRM regularly (daily) according to policy
- Provide and present MT products and applications to customers
- Provide on-site seminars to customers
- Comply with corporate guidelines
- Regularly interact with other departments to ensure a smooth business process
Job Requirement
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor in engineering (Mechanics, Mechatronics, Civil, Electrical, Automation)
- Fair in English, written and spoken
- At least 2 years practical work experience (with proof of achievements)
- At least 1 years in sales (preferably of equipment to industrial clients)
- Understanding of local market and key segments (Aggregates, Mining, Food & Beverage, Chemical, etc.)
Skills and Personality
- Convincing presenter and professional communicator
- Action-oriented and self-motivated, outspoken with excellent listening abilities
- Dynamic and adaptive, looking to develop her/himself continuously
- Willing to travel
