Job Description:
  1. MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
  • Achievement of sales and profit objectives of the assigned channel
  • Assist Sales Director in setting strategies and plans for Retail stores which is in line with company strategies
  • Responsible for every aspect of day-to-day retail outlet supervision, including and not limit to selling activities, store merchandising, marketing and promotion activity management, inventory, cash collection, expenses and resources management
  • Planning, development and execution of sales/promotion programs in alignment with Marketing team,  brand/product strategies to build traffic to the stores, recruit new consumers, increase the sales
  • Setting KPIs for the team and stores. Tracking performance, P&L, sales and expenses, staffs and activities
  • Development of new store network via third party. Negotiate with shop owners to build authorized exclusive stores.
  • Support, manage and coach a team owned stores leader, Sales staffs, Authorizedd stores in collaboration with other teams of Product and Trade marketing.
  • Share market intelligence, business issue and other market info with relevant people/team. Understand consumer off-take and reflect to sales forecast; share with Marketing and other relevant teams for necessary follow up actions.

MAIN SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • University graduate
  • At least 5 years of sales management experience. In which, at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably durable goods/home applicances in Retail channel.
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Understanding of the channel structure, market and shopper behavior
  • Result-oriented, self-driven and highly independent
  • Analytical skills
  • Good at English communication
