Assist Recruitment Consultant team in recruitment process
Study Job Description and discuss about client’s requirements
Responsible for collecting, analyzing and presenting CV from database and sources as: Creerbuilder, Vietnamworks, Jobstreet, Linkedin…
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media
Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to consultant.
Input data into the system
Support BD team in research new clients

Requirements:

University degree of Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related majors
Interest & career development orient in the area of Executive search & Selection.
Knowledge of HR and recruitment industry
Knowledge of social media and online networking sites
Good command of English, computer skills & communication skills
Creative, hard-working, be able to work under high pressure
Can-do attitude
Take on the challenge of working at a startup company
