Responsibilities:

• Generate periodic reports, sales presentations, and process documentation, and redesign them when necessary.
• Provide excellent client service to partners, primarily by engaging with internal and external stakeholders and using qualitative and quantitative data to identify, troubleshoot, and address issues affecting performance.
• Provide assistance to local teams for new project launches and operations improvement initiatives.
• Maintain positive and cooperative relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Applicants with minimal work experience but with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

Preferred:

• Previous exposure to a client-facing role and/or managing customer relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in executing complex projects that require coordination with a multitude of stakeholders.
• Exposure to working across geographies, teams and individuals of different cultures.
• Experience with SQL and Periscope Data.
