• Responsible for research and development of new products
• Find out the cause and give solution to fix defects in production
• Find and improvement of appropriate alternative materials
• Responsible for the entire product system of the company

Specific duties:

• Develop new sample/ product with idea concept.
• Make the plan to test material.
• Find the suitable chemical, backing cloth, pattern, color as new concept idea based our facility to make the new sample
• Monitor and checking the process condition, PP test result / appearance, ... to find the weak point and improvement for next step.
• Following the request as chief / manager to make sample, control sample from beginning to finished
• Make report for each new sample/ product development.
• Documentation management of development report
• Get the comment for next step by manager or higher level.
• Based sale sample request/ idea to check and make the sample to provide customer.
• Ensure all the sample shipped on time as request Follow up sample making through all process.
• If the testing is passed, make the standards, SOP for that product.
• Make the material information(technical data)
• Relationship with related person/ department to make sure the sample, product finished on time.
• Otherwise, follow the manager requirement

Requirements:

• Graduated in chemistry from the University of upward
• Deep knowledge of Polymer - Poly urathan
• Has experience in Synthetic leather (Wet Based)
