Job Description:
  1. Team management: Supervise and coach 1-2 Executive or Trainees/ Interns; and review performance results

 

  1. Project management and analysis:

  • Manage projects independently with some supervision from Managers

  • Independently moderate Usage and Attitude projects/ exploratory; Communication check; Ethno, Shop Along for issue diagnostics

  • Complete reports including sensible executive summary & recommendations

  • Be able to identify and highlight key insights/implications from study in report, with meaningful story-telling

  • Qualified and present reports for simple projects in front of clients

  • Able to contribute during preso with stories/ verbatims from field

 

  1. Sales / Business development:

  • For Simple proposals: Independently compose full proposals showing good translation from business question to research question, design, and information coverage)

  • For Complicated proposals: Full proposal development for complicated projects with inputs from managers about research design/methodology (discuss with manager, and good layout on ppt); Actively search and come up with well-thought design

 

  1. Client engagement and management:

  • Serve as primary daily contact to key client contacts on ad-hoc analyses and understand and respond to questions on content, basic data issues/questions

  • Contribute to the process of building client relationships

  • Contribute to the process of revenue generation (identify new business opportunities and communicate this with manager; take care of the due diligence for new clients, doing cold calls if required varying by skill set)
