DUTIES

• To build a system and set of standards for quality management and customer service for residents according to international standards
• To organize and manage, operate the entire project customer service of apartments and villas
• To develop and implement the program of Communities’ care and support
• To implement training sessions for staff carrying out customer services (complex management, reception, security and sanitary…)

REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree
• Good command of English
• Technical background, real estate management
• At least 7 years of experience in management of residential, commercial, hotel, restaurant with international standards
