Job Description:
DUTIES
- To build a system and set of standards for quality management and customer service for residents according to international standards
- To organize and manage, operate the entire project customer service of apartments and villas
- To develop and implement the program of Communities’ care and support
- To implement training sessions for staff carrying out customer services (complex management, reception, security and sanitary…)
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree
- Good command of English
- Technical background, real estate management
- At least 7 years of experience in management of residential, commercial, hotel, restaurant with international standards
