Report: Direct Reporting to the Engineering Manager, Indirect report to General Manager for he/she coordinates every stages of the project under his/her perimeter.

MAIN TASKS:

 

Business Management:

-Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

-Manage the contractual dealings and relationship with customers

-Manage the follow-up of the project (planning + budget)

-Lead regular review and communication meetings in order to ensure a smooth management of the project,      about quality, delay and financial points.

Quality:

-Alert and put in place corrective actions where needed.

Costs:

-Follow-up the costing in co-ordination with the Costing Department

-Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes

Leadtimes:

-Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.

-Take part in the planning activity of the project : internal planning, consolidation of the main suppliers planning, customer planning

REQUIREMENTS:

Abilities/Skills:

-Experience in project management

-Awareness of techniques and standards linked to the naval industry

-Experience in customer relationship

-Customer service mind oriented

-Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative

-Environment is essential.

-Reactive and flexible in changing and high pressure environment

-Knowledge at least a tool to manage a project with efficiency

Education & Experience:

-Engineer/technical education

-Experience in field activity or project management in the naval industry

Delegation of authority:

-Has authority for : Represent the company in dealing with customers
