Duties:

• Disposition of individual and finished components according to the principles of consumption control.
• Definition of the disposition parameters and their constant optimization.
• Definition of inventory parameters and inventory responsibility as well as ensuring the ability to deliver all allocated end products.
• External communication with defined suppliers (Call Ups).
• Prioritization of facilities and, if necessary, personnel planning in coordination with Manager Operation.
• Creation of visualizations for the control system.
• Optimization of various processes, collaboration in various projects and fPS workshops.
• Bottleneck management to ensure or optimize customer supply.
• Cooperation with logistics hub (Interface fpvn – HUB).
• SAP tasks, such as creating articles, orders, ... .

Responsible:

• Stock responsibility.

• Compliance with work processes and other work regulations.

• Responsible for delivery service.

Job Requirements:

• Successfully completed commercial and/or technical vocational training.
• Ideally professional experience in the field of disposition as well as experience with consumption control.
• Good knowledge of SAP PP and MS Office, especially Excel.
• English skills.
• Know-how regarding Lean Management, CIP and KAIZEN would be desirable.
• Willingness to travel are necessary.
• Openness to change and new ideas, high motivation for continuous improvement.
• Distinct ability to work in a team, high willingness to perform, structured and independent working style and good communication skills and assertiveness.
• Strong quality awareness.
